I led the vision translating business strategy into a scalable design model for Withings+: using AI to turn existing health data into ongoing value through a paid subscription.
The framework; four recurring steps, Monitor, Detect, Understand, Act.
The goal was to answer health anxiety with clinical reassurance rather than alarm, following the emotional arc users move through as they monitor, detect, and resolve.
My contribution was catalyzing that strategy into a model the team could build on, then engaging product, design, and stakeholders around it — designers now own their own scope within the initiative, and I run quarterly workshops, grounded in real business and data problems, where teams propose features that extend the vision.

Every Withings device already does this for free: scale, watch, BP monitor, sleep mat — body composition, ECG, lung sounds, cycle tracking, glucose trends. Monitor is the freemium hook the rest of Withings+ builds on.

Once data accumulates, Withings+ surfaces what matters: a sleep pattern worth a second look, a trend drifting off. Detect is the first paid layer — passive monitoring becomes an active signal.

A detected signal only matters if it means something. Withings Intelligence explains it in plain language, answering real questions instead of leaving users to read a chart.

Understanding isn’t resolving. Act connects users to human care — location-based digital clinical services like Cardio Check-Up — turning a signal into a real consultation.

A daily readiness score blending recovery and effort, helping users know when to push and when to rest.

I keep exploring new ideas and use cases with AI on the side — like this one, a weekly pregnancy story concept I designed and built end-to-end with Claude Design and Claude Code while I was expecting.
